Please follow this process to register for Quilter's Heritage Celebration:
1. Please make all your selections AND your alternate selections, by marking a 1,2,3 preference ON YOUR FORM. We cannot call everyone to get these preferences if you only make one selection.
2. Make a record of all the items that you are requesting and keep that record with your other show materials.Try printing the screen before you submit it so that you're copy will be the same as what you submit.
3. Double check all the items on your form--make sure all contact data is complete, that you have accurately marked your classes and that you know the total amount due. (By clicking on the grand total button.)
4. THERE IS A SECTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM FOR COMMENTS. This area is to indicate any others with whom you may wish to sit at a food function, any food situations you may have and other such items such as class selections.
5. Submit your form by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the form.
6. You should receive a e-mail response to your summission indicating that your form has been received here in the QHC office.
***PLEASE NOTE: This is a confirmation of receipt of the form. It DOES NOT confirm your classes. You will receive a written confirmation of your classes by US Mail. We are now mailing confirmations for registrations received on a daily basis.
***PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally you may not get an auto- response submission response due to several reasons, one of which may be spam filters on your computer or your servers.
***PLEASE NOTE: NO hard copy confirmation will be sent until your payment has been received!!
7. Immediately--follow your electronic form submission with a check or money order for the total shown on your form to the QHC office:
QHC P.O. Box 503 Carlinville, IL 62626
