If you did not need receive a registration booklet this past year, but have received one in the past, then you need to advise us of that situation so that we can check the mailing data base. PLEASE NOTE: --First class mailing costs $2.00 which should be sent to us ASAP. ALL other booklets are sent bulk mail.
