BITS & PIECES QHC 2009

Once more we deal with those gremlins that always seem to catch up one way or another in our print material in spite of multiple proofings and spell checkers. So this page is a wrap-up of all those little bits and pieces of stuff that we need to correct or add. (If you find more please let us know right away!) Please check the following items to see if they pertain to any of your class or function choices.

--Please note: the seating chart for food functions is on the back of the confirmation form. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: SEATING IS SIX (6) PEOPLE PER TABLE. It will absolutely NOT be possible to change seats upon arrival, move people or remove chairs from a table unless you have contacted us in advance to make us aware of the necessity of special seating arrangements needed.

**CHANGES TO FORMS, CLASS DESCRIPTIONS OR SUPPLY LISTS**

--On October 20, 2009, Frieda Anderson canceled her agreement to teach in 2009. I was too late to change the registration packets which had been printed the previous week.

--The last day to reserve a sewing machine is February 28, 2009. However if you are not accustomed to sewing with a Bernina, please plan to bring your own machine.

--ALL of Kimberly Einmo’s classes will now be held in the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center.
