CHECK IN PROCEDURES
FOR EARLY BIRD CHECK IN
-ALL early bird (Wednesday) classes will be held at the Lancaster Host Resort and Conference Center. Check the hotel monitors upon arrival to see the room in which your classes are to be held. This double-check is in case there may have been a change since this form was written. Designated early bird classrooms are: Hopewell/Einmo, Kimberly; Wheatland /McCuean, Linda; and New Holland/England, Cynthia. THESE MAY NOT BE THE SAME ROOMS FOR THESE TEACHERS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CONFERENCE. Check your on-site program and the monitors.
-Upon arrival, go directly to your classroom, teachers will have rosters. After class go to QHC registration desk, lower lobby of the Host for complete check-in.

-Upon arrival, go directly to QHC registration desk, lower lobby of the Host for check in.
Please note: Thursday through Sunday classes to George and Virginia Siciliano will be held at Quality Inn (formerly America’s Best Inn just west of the Host) and classes to Lisa DeBee Schiller and Virginia Walton will be held at the Country Inn and Suites immediately adjacent and just west of the Host property. Kimberly Einmo’s classes will be held at the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center, NOT at the Quality Inn.
If you have received your name tag along with your confirmation form, you DO NOT NEED TO CHECK IN at the QHC desk before you go to the first function for which you are registered. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WRISTBAND BEFORE ENTERING THE SHOW HALLS. Please pick up your name badge cover, exhibit hall wristband, show bag and pin after your first function when it is not so crowded at the registration desk.
ALL STUDENTS--PLEASE NOTE: ALL KIT FEES, PATTERN FEES AND APPRAISAL FEES ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE TEACHER.
RE: WAIT LISTED
If you have not been assigned a class that you requested, you were automatically wait-listed for the class which was closed when we received your request. Up until March 15, you will be called if a space becomes available. After that date, you must check with the registrar upon arrival. The staff will be in transit to Lancaster.
