Libby Kube Hage of Franklinville, NJ, has been sewing since she was nine and teaching quilting since 1994. She is a National Quilting Association Certified teacher and is active in four guilds (helping found one, South Jersey Quilters) and the Quilt Professional Networking Guild of which she has served as president. She teaches at Quilted Treasures quilt shop in Atco, NJ, Gloucester County College, Cherry Hill Arts Center, Washington Township Recreation Center, for her guild and has a class schedule at the Vineland Senior Center. She has taught for JoAnns Fabric as well. Her work includes participation in the Aids Quilt Project (chairperson and teacher) for the Cherry Hill Arts Center and American Cancer Society charitable projects. She has had teacher/student exhibits, won awards and been published in McCall’s Quilting Spring Issue of 2005. Working under the name Glory Bee Quilting, Libby premiered 3 patterns in 2005. Her work includes original patterns for quilts, bags and baby items.
